Roles and Responsibilities 😎
- Lead and manage a distributed team to design and implement a cutting-edge protocol for on-chain commitments.
- Ensure secure, high-quality implementation of smart contracts with a focus on Solidity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Prioritize tasks and oversee project timelines to drive successful execution.
Job Requirements 💪
- 3–6 years of full-stack development experience in a production environment.
- Expertise in Solidity development and secure smart contract design.
- Recent experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong mathematical foundation and deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), or traditional finance concepts.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to delegate effectively and foster team collaboration.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.
