Roles and Responsibilities 😎 

• Develop and execute strategies for all marketing initiatives.
• Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to achieve engagement and growth goals.
• Host events, such as AMAs, and foster strategic partnerships with relevant projects and exchanges.
• Engage with crypto-native audiences across platforms to enhance community presence.
• Create compelling copy and video content for social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Use data-driven experimentation to continuously optimize key performance metrics.

Job Requirements   💪  

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role within the crypto industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including trends, key players, and challenges.
• Proven experience in exchange listings, partnerships, and airdrop strategies.
• Familiarity with DePIN, RWA, and the real estate industry.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in startups or rapidly scaling organizations.
• Background in design, product, or engineering.
• Proficiency in tools like Webflow, SEO, design platforms, and growth marketing software.
• Expertise in community platforms such as Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
