Your Qualifications 💪
Fluency in Azerbaijani, both written and verbal (C2)
Good command of English, both written and verbal (B2+)
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Customer-oriented attitude
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Proficiency in using CRM systems
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work both on your own and within a team
High school education
