French or German-speaking Customer Service Expert (Telecom)

Your Role 😎
- Assisting customers through various channels (incoming calls)
- Analysing and resolving customer inquiries
- Providing information on administrative and technical inquiries (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding issues or calls to other departments
Your Qualifications 💪
- French or German proficiency at C1 level or higher is a must
- English and / or Bulgarian is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Customer-oriented mindset and behaviour
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts
